We have a new Executive Director!

The Kruckeberg Botanic Garden Foundation is proud to announce that we have hired Brianne Zorn as our new Executive Director. Brianne is a long-time friend of the Garden and has both volunteered and worked at the Garden previously. She has a B.S. in Botany from the University of Washington and has been an active volunteer in the Northwest botany community.

Parking Lot Construction Begins

Arts in the Garden Committee marks first anniversary, plans for next year

The Arts in the Garden Committee celebrated its first year in early August with a bang. Pieces by Rodger Squirrell and Lin McJunkin from the City of Shoreline Outdoor Sculpture Program were installed in the lower garden. Also enhancing the meadow is Tony Angell’s “Surf Birds.” The three new sculptures join a group of installations created by Seattle Pacific University art students under the direction of Prof. Roger Feldman, Art Department chairman.
