Directions to Kruckeberg Botanic GardenThe Kruckeberg Botanic Garden is the residence of Arthur Kruckeberg and is open to the public at designated hours and for special events for members of the Foundation and their guests. Members and nonmembers may arrange for special tours of the Garden. Scheduled tours and other significant events are listed on our calendar. Nonmembers may visit the Garden each spring during the annual Richmond Beach Garden Tour, sponsored by the Richmond Beach Community Council. Please note that the Kruckeberg Botanic Garden is located in a residential neighborhood with a narrow street right-of-way and limited parking. When planning to visit the Garden, we strongly recommend carpooling. Please respect the rights and privacy of our neighbors. Contact us if you have questions about parking. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. From I-5, take Exit 176 and go west on 175th Street, across Aurora Avenue (Highway 99), until it dead ends at Fremont Avenue. Go north on Fremont Avenue to 185th St., then west on 185th (which becomes Richmond Beach Road) through a commercial area and down a long, winding hill (still on Richmond Beach Road) to 15th Avenue NW. A stop sign and blinker mark the intersection. A coffee shop is on the right. Turn north (right) onto 15th Avenue NW, and the Garden is about 1/2 mile up the hill, on the right.
